What are the Fees?

Age 3 - 5 year olds:

*Normal Hours are 8:30AM-3:45PM
3 days/Week - $700.00 per month
4 days/Week - $800.00 per month
5 days/Week - $900.00 per month

*Optional - Early Care from 7:30AM-8:30AM - $5 per day/monthly
*Optional - Late Care 3:45PM-5:30PM - $10 per day/monthly

Off Campus activities are extra**, but will be added into weekly fee.

*A one time $200.00 enrollment fee is added to all accounts, but partially credited towards tuition.

**Additional charges may be applied for specific field trips. Please see our activity schedules for each age group.

We offer a 1 day or 2 days a week option, however if you desire that, you will be charged the 3 day minimum per our policies.

Who can attend?

Agape Academy welcomes children 2 year old by Sept 1st, through 5 year old.

What is the Time?

Agape Academy's normal hours of operations are Monday-Friday, from 8:15 am to 3:45 pm.
*We offer extended options as well from 7:30AM-8:30AM and Late Care 3:45PM-5:30PM and will offer age appropriate activites.

9:15am - Calendar & Weather
9:30am - Worship & Bible
10:00am - Bathroom
10:10am - Snack and Library
10:25am - Circle Time & Lesson
11:00am - Bathroom
11:10am - Outside/Gross Motor
11:40am - Hands-on Arts & Crafts
12:15pm - Lunch and Free Centers
1:00pm - Bathroom
1:10pm - Rest Time/Quiet Activities
2:00pm - Music & Movement
2:15pm - Game & STEM Time
2:35pm - Outside/Gross Motor
3:10pm - Snack & Table Centers
3:30pm - Dismissal & Free Play

What is Agape Academy?

We want to welcome you to Agape Academy. Agape' is a Greek word it means: Unconditional Love. Since the Bible tells us that almighty God "Agape's" (unconditionally loves) every individual, it is our desire to do the same. By doing this, we will build a community that is safe and encouraging for our families and their children. We look forward to developing a relationship with you and growing together as your child(ren) comes to Agape' academy to grow and learn.

What sets Agape Academy apart from other Academys?

Our daily schedule goes until 8:30AM-3:45PM each day.

Early Care from 7:30-8:30AM and Late Care 3:45-5:30PM offered.

We have staff to child ratio. (1 to 10 ratio)

We offer parents a 3 day, 4 day or 5 day per week option from 7:30AM to 5:30PM.

We are best value in the Gallatin Valley.

We offer off-campus field trips throughout the month.
